"The seafood options were alright, nothing terrible, but..."
The seafood options were alright, nothing terrible, but the selection was limited. I was expecting a bit more, honestly. Not a total disaster or anything, just kinda meh and a little disappointing

"Packaging seemed solid, maybe a little too perfect"
The box showed up cold and everything was packed well. No leaks or mess, which was a relief. I’ll admit I was a little suspicious at first because the packaging looked almost too neat, but everything seemed fine once I opened it

"Pretty good customer service, I think"
I had a small question about my order and they got back to me fairly quickly. The person I spoke with was nice and handled it without making it feel like a big issue. It did take one extra email to get everything cleared up, so I’m not sure if I’m being picky, but overall I’d say the service was good.

"Felt like a bit of a bait and switch"
I ordered a few fillets expecting fresh fish, but when they showed up they were cold and had that slightly old smell. I cooked them the same day hoping it would be fine, but the taste was still off. felt like a bit of a bait and switch compared to what I thought I was getting. Disappointing

"Good seafood, but a little pricey"
The seafood tasted really good and everything seemed fresh, but the prices felt a bit high for what you get. When I asked about it, the response was basically, “that’s just the cost of quality seafood,” which I get, but I still didn’t feel like the value was totally there

"Pickup was easy, but the timing was disappointing"
Pickup went smoothly and the delivery arrived in one piece, so I can’t complain too much. Still, it showed up a bit later than expected, which was disappointing...

I was disappointed. The seafood just didn’t taste fresh to me, and there was something about it... like a bland, slightly fishy aftertaste that made it hard to enjoy. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I wouldn’t be in a hurry to get it again

"Got the wrong stuff in my box"
My order showed up with the wrong items in the box. I’ve already had to explain what was missing and what I actually ordered more than once, which is frustrating. I just want the right stuff sent without having to keep repeating myself.

"Fish didn’t taste fresh"
Fish tasted old. Kind of mushy too. Just not fresh. Didn’t really enjoy it.
